This is a living museum which preserves the history of western Canada. Walk through 1910 Boomtown, visit old time shops and listen to the whistle of a steam engine at the station. Allow two hours. Gift/souvenir shop, cafe, banquet facilities, picnic tables and ample free parking.

New permanent exhibit in 2011 - "The Cancer Bomb", honours the 60th anniversary of the first successful treatment of cancer with the cobalt-60 "bomb" developed by scientists and machinists from the University of Saskatchewan.

Rate details: $9 adults, $8 seniors, $6.25 students, $2.50 children (6 - 12 years), preschool children (5 years and under) free. $20 family.

Hours of operation: Tue to Sun 9am - 5pm. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day and Remembrance Day.
