Traditional Metis cultural events including jigging, square dancing, fiddling, voyageur games, bannock making and Metis arts and crafts. "Back to Batoche" is a family tradition for many Metis people and an important part of their annual summer vacation. It is a time to reconnect with their culture; meet family and old friends, pass on traditions and culture to their children and grandchildren. Evening dance with music provided by Metis artists from across Canada.
