Hwy 13
The community of Aneroid is located along the Red Coat Trail (Hwy 13) roughly halfway between the towns of Assiniboia and Shaunavon. The community was given its name by a survey party who had lost an aneroid barometer in the vicinity and then continued to name streets in the community using names of surveyor equipment such as Sextant and Gunter. Easy driving access to local regional park and recreational opportunities.
