16km E of Punnichy on Hwy 15.
Plaque commemorates site of one of the last Hudson's Bay Company fur trade posts established in area in 1879. The Carlton Trail and a telegraph line passed through the post making it an integral part of the network of posts, trails and communication systems. No services on site.
