27km E of junction Hwys 2 and 165, to Nipekamew River; follow the road S on the W side of the river for 1.2km to parking area. Hike the 1.5km primitive trail to the sandstone cliffs.
From sands deposited 120 million years ago. Exposed by erosion from the Nipekamew River, these giant sand pillars are very fragile.
