The Festival takes place on and around 13th Avenue in Regina, also known as the Cathedral Area of the city. For six days in May, the Cathedral Area will be jam-packed with the best in music, theatre, dance, visual arts, literary arts, and crafts. There are events and attractions for all ages, including a picnic on Victoria Day, Monday, May 24, from noon – 4:00 p.m. at Les Sherman Park (2420 Elphinstone Street).
