Great Day on the Slopes at SaskTel Jibfest

March 31, 2012

In the closing days of winter each year, Off Axis presents SaskTel JibFest at Mission Ridge Winter Park in Fort Qu’Appelle. The one-day winter event is a family-friendly party that showcases the best in provincial freestyle snowboarding.

Free admission for spectators makes this a perfect way to enjoy the end of the season. Besides the Pros, there are three divisions: Grom (under 13), Women’s and Amateur. The SaskTel Street Team will also be on hand serving beverages and giving away prizes.

SaskTel Jibfest also hosts the entertaining Conexus Slush Cup – a full throttle downhill into the first big puddle of spring.  So whether you prefer to watch from the clubhouse or the hill, or you decide to strap on a board and get in front of the crowd, make sure to mark March 31 on your calendar.

Registration is $40 for the Pro, Amateur, and Women’s divisions, and $20 for the Grom division at Jibfest.
