What popular Japanese sport will be invading Canada for the first time at Saskatoon’s WinterShines Festival in January?

Answer:

b) Yukigassen, "Snow Battle". Yukigassen  is essentially an organized team-based snowball fight and the first event of its kind will be hosted at Saskatoon’s WinterShines Festival from January 22 – February 6, 2011. This dynamic game is played on a snow court 40 meters long by 10 metres wide. Each team of seven battles the opposing team with 90 snowballs per period attempting to eliminate the opposing team with the snowballs or capturing their flag.
