First-ever Saskatchewan Aboriginal Tourism Guide
The growing Aboriginal tourism industry in Saskatchewan received a major boost with the publication of the first-ever Saskatchewan Aboriginal Tourism Guide. This full-colour guide is designed to showcase Aboriginal tourism resources including national historic sites, heritage parks, galleries, golf facilities, festivals, powwows, gaming and more.
Aboriginal tourism in Saskatchewan provides many ways to observe and participate in Aboriginal culture. The First Nations and Métis peoples’ long and fascinating histories, including their contributions to the building of our nation and province, are preserved, protected, and made available for present and future generations to learn and understand.
